CENTRALIZED MAINTENANCE OF THE CABLING SYSTEMS FOR AEAT

The maintenance in the whole country for the Spanish Agency of Tax Administration (AEAT) is carried out with IECISA as the main contractor. It involves the provision of all the centralized maintenance services of structured cabling systems of the AEAT –voice and data networks–, providing support to more than 60,000 network points distributed in 313 buildings throughout Spain.

This contract with a duration of two years plus an extension of another two years, includes three types of maintenance: Preventive one, which verifies and guarantees that all components are in perfect conditions of functionality, to avoid possible breakdowns and deficiencies that may cause an interruption of the service or hinder the operation of the network equipment; the corrective maintenance that repairs the possible faults or deficiencies that may occur, and the evolutive maintenance that refers to extensions and / or modifications of the facilities that may be required.

These services also include the temporary installation of the RENTA Campaign (the main Spanish citizens’ tax collection) and the maintenance management service.
