imesAPI’s Installations and Services Division has been carrying out the development and maintenance of infrastructure and installations for more than 80 years, more specifically, focused in urban settings and their buildings.
Throughout this period, Installations and Services has participated in the development of cities, through the installation, management and maintenance of urban assets such as street lighting, traffic lights and communication networks, fountains and irrigation networks, among others.
This background has led us to go one step further, the integration of all the data inherent to these assets and systems, in an engineering platform of our own that allows us to participate in the most complex and innovative schemes for efficient management of buildings (Smart Buildings), and of Cities (Smart Cities), which are currently being developed.
