Systems Management and Maintenance Services for Aena, (Central Services Headquarters, 45 Airports and 2 Heliports) throughout Spain.

This project consists of 3 parts.

• H24 Systems Management Service, to be performed on-site, including, among other areas: Technical Service of Unix / Linux Systems, Windows (configuration, administration and operation of servers), Exploitation Service H24 and Data Centres (Service Desk) and H24 Support), Services of the Microcomputer Systems and Services Management Centre.
• Maintenance Service of the SIPA systems (Aena Public Information Systems, Digital Signage, Videowalls, Totems), on a 24 × 7 basis, offering corrective, preventive and conditional maintenance.
• Maintenance Service UCA (Shared Use of Aena). It includes the support and global maintenance of all electronic equipment, such as PIA systems, Access Systems, POS, PC’s and peripherals, surveillance cameras and so forth.
