In this customer we are providing, all over Spain, three well differentiated services: User Support, Systems and Database Administration –including a Datacentre–, and Communication Network Management.

SERMICRO Outsourcing Solution responds to users’ doubts, queries and incidents of all kinds, whether they are accessing to records and databases, such as documentation models, shared files, document scanning, etc. It is a 24 × 7 service and guarantees that all these incidents can be managed and resolved as quickly as possible, ensuring the proper functioning of the systems, including website and social media.

In the area of systems and communications, SERMICRO offers operational maintenance of all information systems and ICT services, providing an infrastructure base that hosts these services and allows communication between the different locations. Within this scope, it is responsible for management actions such as the administration and deployment of physical and virtual infrastructures, storage and backup systems, servers and databases and the administration and deployment of data and security communications systems.
