OUTSOURCING OF THE END-USER DESKTOP SYSTMES FOR PROSEGUR
Since October 2015, SERMICRO has managed the outsourcing of the end-user desktop for Spain, France, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay as a sole provider, serving 150,000 employees for a period of 5 years.
This macro project contemplates two key points:
The Global Management of the Service Desk. SERMICRO has presence and infrastructure in Spain, Brazil and Argentina, providing support from these countries to Prosegur users on a 24 × 7 basis, in several languages: Spanish, Portuguese and French.
In addition to managing the incidents and requests from the different Prosegur Business Areas, our service includes remote solutions, controlling the use of software licenses, distributing software remotely and other services.
On-site support. SERMICRO provides microcomputer and peripherals support to 100 PROSEGUR Branches in Spain, 200 Branches in Brazil and the Headquarters in Argentina. This support consists of technical on-site assistance, both, hardware and software.
